The Advantage
I took my time with this book and read it thoroughly. There are great insights and very practical topics that can help any business. The book shares many of the experiences of Patrick Lencioni. There are great questions and starting points people can use to start the important conversations that need to happen in an organization. If you are looking for new ideas when working with a group of people, be sure to take the time and read The Advantage.
As a side note, this book may work well with other business books. I will be using it with Tribal Leadership.
