I didn't set out to capture the core values of Avon, but here we are. The idea came to me from the activities from the Avon Foundation and Avon39.org. It is also interesting to note that Avon has a long history and was founded in 1886.
Here is a company that is over 100 years old! Plus, the headquarters are in the great state of Minnesota! ADM an estimated 30,000 employees with an annual revenue of 89 Billion dollars.
Marathon is an interesting company to research. They are clear on their values. Also, for a petroleum based company in the Fortune 500, they are relatively young.
CVS Health has a great set of core values, a purpose statement, and overall good messaging describing who they are. Particularly interesting is the fact that they refer to themselves as a "Pharmacy Innovation Company."
Walmart has a nice section of its website dedicated to its corporate culture and values. If you look at their website, Walmart has good clarifying statements about each of the values. A link to their culture page has been included below.
Simon Property Group is ranked #1 largest real estate investment trust. The headquarters are in Indianapolis, IN. The thing I like about the core values listed on Simon.com, is they are very clear, clean, and non-cluttered. The values define the culture of the business.

The Airbus website has "Core Tenets," instead of core values, which were a bit longer in nature. I decided to default to the parent company, the Airbus Group, formerly known as EADS, in order to tie a clear set of core values back to Airbus.
