Hello Everyone! The purpose of this article is to start the discussion about where leadership and organizational health skills can be applied.
Over the past three years, I have been studying, reading, and taking classes revolving around leadership and organizational health. For me... it's a fascinating subject that I continue to dig into.
Within the last year, the skills have been put to good use in a few different settings. Primarily with a for-profit corporation and with a not-for profit sports organization. Below, we have a list of areas that have been identified as opportunities where leadership and organizational skills could and have been applied:
