The Beginning

Hello Everyone, Welcome to the very first post for BuildYourCulture.com!  This website started as a collection of blog posts on my personal website at JeremyHouchens.com. By working in corporate environments for over 20 years, I started to write and share experiences that were heavily influenced by leadership concepts.  Focused leadership principles and exercises were being studied, learned, and applied in a successful technology company.

Over the years, it became clear the blog articles on my personal site needed to be gathered together and re-published on a separate website.  That is how BuildYourCulture.com was born.  A large section of blog posts and creative content was sliced off the original domain at JeremyHouchens.com, then replanted here.

Future Plans

Moving forward, the goal for BuildYourCulture.com is to become a great place to share stories about companies and organizational cultures.  To find culture related resources that include e-books, webinars, articles, software and service offerings that provides assistance to people that are looking to upgrade corporate environment.  In addition, to highlight interesting companies that are making a difference in the world, in their own special way.
